Can I return an item I purchased?

As a small artist, I do not offer returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. These have to be send back within 14 days of shipping. Please contact me directly if you encounter an issue.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please email hello@dantev.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including photos of the damage, and we will work with you to find a solution.

Can I cancel my order after purchasing?

Once an order is placed, cancellations may not be possible. Please reach out to hello@dantev.com as soon as possible to find a solution.

Shipping & Returns

Because this isn't my main job, I process orders as soon as possible. I do appreciate your patience. After your order has been handed over to the delivery service, the time it takes for your order to be delivered depends on the destination.

After that, all you can do is wait and reflect on your life... Or do other things, that's also a possibility.

Returns

Purchased items may be returned within 14 days after it has been shipped. Return item(s) may not be worn or washed.

If the product is sold via pre-order, changes in your order before the pre-order date has passed are possible. If you notice there's a mistake, contact us as fast as possible.
